Lunch- Pizza, Green Beans, Pineapple

Monday:
Breakfast- Cereal/ Toast OR Pancake on a Stick, Fruit
Lunch- Scalloped Potatoes & Ham, Corn, Applesauce, Bread/Butter

Reminders:

1. Flu Vaccine Clinic will be Monday, November 4th 2:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. During Parent/ Teacher Conferences.Flu Vaccine Clinic
2. Coach Sloth orders are still being accepted. Please bring all orders to the office as soon as possible.
3. West Fork Dance Team Apparel order form available in the office. Due November 1st.WFDT10.18.19
4. MS Fundraiser Products will be delivered Thursday, October 31. Parents may begin to pick up orders from the office at 1:00 p.m. .
5. The new gym will be open Next Week for any 7th and 8th students that want to shoot hoops or play basketball from 7:30-8:10 a.m. for a dollar. Money raised will go to the children’s hospital in Iowa City, to Kids helping Kids! No Wednesday late start.
6. 7th & 8th Grade may request music in the office for the Spooktacular Dance.
7. Picture Retakes- will be Friday, November 1st.

Sports:
Please make sure updated sports physicals are turned in before practice beings.

MS Basketball- Sign Up Sheets available in the office.
Boys- Practice will begin Monday, October 28th. Meeting after school Friday, October 25th.
Girls- Practice will begin Monday, November 18th.

MS Wrestling-
Sign up sheet available in the office. Start date to be determined.

Archery Club- Sign Up Sheet available in office. Start date to be determined.
