Ordering/ Picture Day Instructions                  Retake Day: Oct. 14
If your student misses picture day on Sep. 22, you may bring them to Sheffield before school on Sep. 23 to be photographed, but please notify the school office first.

Approximately two weeks after Picture Day, you will receive an email from: noreply@orderschoolpix.com  You may add this email to your contacts list to assure it does not accidentally get sent to your spam folder.

This email will provide your student’s photo gallery and password with two proofs to choose from. You will order your school photos online with this photo gallery. You may also share this email with other family members if you want them to order.

Your student will also be provided a Password slip at school to bring home as a reminder their photo gallery is ready to view, along with the website and password to order your student’s photos.

Retouching is available to soften blemishes.

Please order by the deadline provided in your photo gallery to avoid the $6.50 shipping fee.
Pre-School
Picture day will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021. If your child goes to the 3-year-old preschool program you may bring your child in to have their photo taken from 7:00 a.m.-8:15 a.m. If you are unable to make this work, picture retake day will be Thursday, October 14th. Photos will be taken in the small gym by the front office.

Use these tips to help your child get ready for school pictures.

  1. Help your child pick out clothes and colors that look good on them the night before.  After all, your child is the star of the photo—not their shirt, so avoid slogans, logos,  big patterns and pastel outfits. Solid color and medium to dark tones photograph well. Small jewelry and accessories are fine but nothing too big or distracting.
  2. Any hairstyle works for Picture Day but you may want to send a comb or brush to school for last-minute touch-ups.
  3. Keep kids relaxed and ready to be themselves. Smiles can look fake if they’re practiced too much ahead of time.
  4. Don’t worry about “perfect”! That hair that always sticks up or a missing tooth shows your child just as they are right now—and you’ll enjoy looking back on that for years to come. On  Picture Day, teachers and volunteers will help straighten collars and check posture. And if you like, we have retouching options for scrapes and blemishes.
