The 9th grade Physical Science class went on a field trip to the Franklin REC Museum south of Hampton yesterday. They toured the museum, heard from a Mid America Energy employee about the equipment and work linemen do, and watched a demonstration on high-voltage electricity by REC linemen. It was a great experience to see the equipment firsthand to accompany their unit on energy.
