Girls State Track Wrap-Up:
Brylee Dickman ended her track career throwing the shot put 34-09.75, placing 15th. This was her second time throwing at state, and she is the current shot put school record holder with a throw of 37-09. Her success and leadership will be missed next season!
The Sprint Medley team (Wood, Huff, Hitzhusen, Pommrehn) ran 1:53.61 and placed 11th.
The 4x100 team (Wood, Schmidt, Hitzhusen, Pommrehn) set a new school record with a time of 51.69 and placed 20th.
The 4x400 team (Wood, Huff, Hitzhusen, Pommrehn) qualified for the finals and placed 6th at state with a time of 4:07.98, setting a new school record as well!
Finally, the 4x200 team (Wood, Huff, Hitzhusen, Pommrehn) set a new school record with a time of 1:45.11 and placed 2nd at state!
