• Cross Country
✅ To Participate, You Must Complete the Following on Bound:
• Athletic Physical – Upload Page 4 with the doctor’s signature and date of the physical
• Heads Up Concussion Form – Digitally signed
• Parent Permission Form – Digitally signed
• Register for each sport you're participating in
🚨 Important:
Athletes cannot participate until they have been cleared by the athletic office.
The athletic office will review and approve all submitted documents.
If everything is correct, the athlete will be cleared. If something is missing or incomplete, the athletic office will notify the coach of that sport.

🥎 All-Tournament Honors! 🥎 A huge congratulations to Libby Trewin and Preslee Dickman on being named to the 2A State All-Tournament Team! Preslee had a great tournament at the plate and made a couple of big defensive plays in the field, and as always, Libby controlled the mound with three strong outings. 👏 Also, a special shoutout to Libby Trewin for notching her 1,000th career strikeout in last week's game vs. Van Meter — an incredible achievement! The Warhawks capped off a great season with a 4th place finish in Class 2A, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything this team accomplished. West Fork is kicking off Family Week from July 27 – August 3. During this time, there will be no required athletic activities, including open gyms, weight room sessions, or scrimmages.
This is a great opportunity for athletes, coaches, and families to rest, recharge, and enjoy time together before the fall season begins. ❤️🖤

Due to a late staff change we will only be offering the After School Program at the elementary building on Wednesday's each week. It will run from 2:20 (after school)-5:30. One of our paraprofessionals will be running the program on Wednesdays.
