Breakfast: Cereal/ Toast OR Pancake on a stick, Fruit.
Lunch: Chicken Patty/Bun, French Fries, Peas, Peaches

1st-6th Grade Flag Football sign-up sheets are in the front office. Please return sheets no later than August 30th.
MS Volleyball- Practice will begin Thursday August 29th in the Big Gym @ 3:20.
MS Cross Country- Practice will begin Monday August 26th after school. Meet in front of the office.
MS Football- Practice will begin Monday August 26th in the small gym after school. Equipment will be issued at this time.
After sport shuttle bus will leave Rockwell at 5:20 p.m.
